- Purchases: use the same Google account, try Restore Purchases in the Shop, and include your Google Play order number if an item is missing.
- No Ads: restores as a non-consumable; interstitials stop after purchase is recognised.
- Muzzles: consumable uses stack; they apply when a shield absorbs a bad item.
- Progress: Dog Fetch Frenzy high scores and settings are stored on your device; clearing app data removes them.
For the quickest help, include the app name, version shown in Settings, and your device model. Never include passwords or payment card details.
